First They issued me a peronal Loan REF NO : 7196749 i had been a prompt payer via RBI ecs --each emi -of Rs 1575.

Meanwhile I was uneccessary requested rather presuurised to TOP UP MY LOAN and issued me a second loan ref: no 12726919 BUT VERY SURPRISING THE CHEQUE THEY ISSUED TO ME IS BOUNCED (stopped by Citi fin ancials) even then they started taking my emi @ 2060-00 permonth for 4-6 months then they again reverted back to EMI of 1575-00 permonth. THEY DONT WANT TO INCLUDE THE EMIS OF 2060=00 in my account. THe BOUNCED CHEQU IS STILL WITH ME .

THE SECURITIES CHEQUES (BLANK) 6 Nos taken from me are not yet returned. NOW THEY THREATEN ME THT THEY WILL LODGE A COMPLAIN WITH CREDIT BUREA INFO LTD>

THIS IS MY LAST WARNING TO THEM .IF THEY DO NOT CO_OPERATE THEN I AM SHOETLY GOING TO FILE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT WITH RBI --NAD IF I DONT GET JUSTICE THEN I WILL FILE A WRIT IN THE HON COURT HIGH COURT OF AP AGAINTS! > RBI @ >CITI FINANCIALS
