CHARGING MORE THAN MRP

The Vendor has charged more than MRP for two items -

cadbury 95 gm choclate - Rs 50 instead of Rs 42 printed

Everest Kitchen King Masala - Rs 20 instead of MRP Rs. 18 printed indicating a need for the consumers to check the bills at these HI Fi looking stores and subsequent rechecking especislly when purchasing a long list of items.

On a bill of Rs 415 he has charged Rs 10 extra which may be more when purchasing more items.

this is definitely a deliberate job as he was seeing the price of the masala after not being able to find the cost in the system so to highlight the need of rechecking this complaint is being registered.

Kindly suggest what action should be taken against the Vendor.
