Fraud by the Company

I have invested Rs 1, 30, 000/- with city limounzies Hyderabad DD No 710603 dt 15 Dec drawn at OBC Hyderabad. City limounzies were invested Rs 35, 010/- with City Co-operative credit society Ltd Mumbai vide their receipt No 5843 dt 30 Nov 08 and Rs 95, 000/- with City Realcom Ltd Mumbai vide receipt No 8420 dt 30 Nov on account of Tentative ownership for 20 sft and having full rights and title of the proposed building / project known as City Garden situated at City tower bearing City Survey Nos 249 (pt) admeasuring 7, 711.34 sq mtrs situated and lying at Village Andheri (West) Gaondevi Dongari, Tal Andheri, Kama Road Mumbai Suburban District Mumbai.

I have received Regd folio No 6426 and certificate No 7508 under which 500 shares purchased (Distinctive Nos) 3252501 to 3253000) from City Realcom Ltd Mumbai on 19 Dec amounting to Rs 50, 000/-. As per agreement they have to give cheques for Rs 7, 775/- for 60 months. I have received only 12 cheques, out of which seven were encashed. when I submit 8th cheque, the bank bounced the cheque. Till that time I have neither received any information nor received my amount.

May I request you to help me on this matter and take necessary action to refund my amount to avoid financial hardship.
