Cheque and documents not received till date

Sir,

I had deposited an amount of Rs 60, 000/- by cheque no 225041 dt 07 Aug 09 drawn on axis bank, JM Road, Pune to the company of City hospitality (India) Ltd (City Limouzines India Ltd) at Pune signing a contract that the company will return an amount of Rs 3690 Per month upto 3 years. but till date company did not sent any documents along with post dated cheque.

I am in possession of receipt of Rs 60, 000/- as a valid legal documents signed by the company City Limouzines (India) Ltd during contract on 07 Aug 09 at Pune.

It is requested to take necessary action against the company to refund the amount.
