City realcom
My first cheque of Aug. 2009 bounced

I have invested with the City Realcom in the first week of July. I was supposed to get cheques of Rs. 5000/- p.m.. I received my first cheque dated 20th Aug., which was returned unpaid by the Bank for the reason "PAYMENT STOPPED BY DRAWER". On enquiry with the city realcom, I was told to re deposit the same cheque on 5th Sept.. But to my dismay the cheque was again returned unpaid for the same reason. I was also told that some Audit was going on and the co's accounts were frozen. Later the news in papers and T.V. Please advise
