Cheque dishonour and no official communication from the co

From the month of Aug 09 the cheque was dishonoured. When visited to the co. office they are not properly providing the ex[plaination suggested to check the website. The meeting dates 14-15 Oct were passed but nothing was displayed on the website. There is information of non conduct of meeting only. Anybody is having the latest info pl share. Pl tell what is the future of our investment?
