Bounce of Post dated Cheques wef Aug 09

I have invested Rs. 1, 39, 000 in City Limouzine and the postdated cheques were issued. The cheques for Rs. 7775/- started bouncing wef from Aug 09. After lodging complains to the company the company has told that the problem is temporary due to the audit check. All will resumenormal wef from 08 sep 09 and they have issued fresh cheques against the bounced cheques for the month of Aug & Sep/09. But on due date these cheques also bounced. Further It imposed an additional expenditure of clearance charges debited from our account.

It is a great loss for me. Please advise me how I can get the money now.
