Delay In Issue of Ration Card

Dear Sir,
I had applied for a new ration card against the surrender certificate issued by Indian Navy, as I had served in Indian Navy for 15 year, on 07 Jan vide acknowledgement No. NC/101088/09 dated 07 Jan.
Till date the verification for the issue of Ration Card also not done. I need an update on the status of my application.
