Sub: Delay in issue of new ration card

3. Compliant dt- 25.09. Reg Number 00012927 (Civil supply and Consumer Protection Dept- reply to my Email.

4. Compliant to Cuddalore Collector- dt 25.09. No: Sc/10/12931 (on line portal)

I submit to state that i am residing at above address. I have sent my application for acquiring new ration card on 03.02.2010 through registered post with all mandatory documents ordered by Tamil Nadu Govt. to Chidambaram taluk civil supply and consumer protection department office. But till now I have not received new ration card and also no reply about my application from above office. With the above i have sent petition letters with above subject matter through certificate of posting dt on 16.09.10 and through E.Mail dt 25.09.10 to below mention office address. But till I have not received New ration card. Tamil Nadu Honerable Chief minister Dr. Kalaignar and Honerable Food Minister E.V. Velu repeatedly insist the concern department official to issue the New ration with in 60 Days from resuming of his DMK government. Besides, after resuming the DMK Government release the G.O for the intention public welfare (G.O MS No 114 dt 2.08.2006 and G.O MS No 24 dt 10.02.2010) i.e Grievance itself should be redressed within a maximum period of two months of its receipt. My grievance also brought notice to the below mention officer almost two month back but till i have not get any remedy for my grievance. Based on above references cite, as a citizen of Tamil Nadu i struggling for acquiring of New Ration Card though I have took lot of attempt. Please suggest what can I do next for my above grievance.
