Delay in issue of Ration card!

Sir

I applied for a new ration card on septemeber 2006 in coimbatore taluk office i was provided a token till date i was yet to received the card in spite of repeated enquiries i was told it was printed in ELCOT chennai willbe issued soon. The authorities may provide NOC till the new card issued to the public.
