Classic 231
Though under warranty non-repairable

I have purchased Reliance Mobile Model No. Classic 231 under invoice No. 671 dated 28-06 at Rs.1400/- from M/s. Khushi’s Mobile Point, L-3, Priya Shopping Complex, Talavadi, Sardarnagar, Ahmedabad.

Since last March my phone was not functioning due to any technical reason. I complained to the Service Centre M/s. Adonis Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Navrangpura, Ahmedabad of the Classic Mobile Company.

In the Job Card, it is specifically mentioned by Service Centre Authority that Parts not available and they mentioned this piece as Dead on Arrival (DOA).

As per the rules of the company, when under warranty handset declared as DOA, company is bound to replace this piece immediately free of cost.

As per this rules, I submitted handset to Khushi Mobile and asked for the replacement. He assure me for replacement in a few days. I inquired about replacement from time to time, but he always given me false promises.

More than about 2 months are already passed and I have not yet given replacement of this handset.
