Dear Sir,

This is regarding a platinum card membership with Classic Clubs and Resorts, Tambaram, website: http://www.classicclubsandresorts.com They have promised to send gift of electric rice cooker but till now after more than 1 month they have not fulfilled their promise. I have paid Rs 8600 from credit card which their sales executive Mr. Suirya told will be cut in EMI for 2 years at the rate of Rs 333 per month. But for me it was not converted to EMI & i had to pay the full amount in my next billing statement. I have been following up with them for more than 1 n half months but till now they have not taken any action. Every time I call them, they tell they will do but no action. That Sales executive mobile number is always out of reach & recently I found it deactivated. Mr. Suriya mobile number is 07299964432.
