They haven't resheduled my Air ticket due to which I was not able to fly but have paid the ticket cost

Hi,
I had a telecon discussion with ClearTrip for my Air ticket reshedulling from 20th of nov to 21st Nov. The TripId was 811172343.But they didnt did. On 21st when I made a call to Indigo abt it they said that there is no such request from ClearTrip. Due to which I have to miss my flight as well as I have to bear the cost of it.
On the 21st I asked the same with Cleartrip they started saying there was technicall fault with the site so things couldnt happened.
So if the problem was with cleartrip side why should I pay for it.
So I request you to take action against it.
