Not claim of my denim

Dear Sir,

I have purchased denim (30-7-09) of Club Fox outlet in Sri Ganganagar. After few days (15-8-09) I am wearing the denim i see my denim's febric is Defected and one side febric is lost in five minutes. Then i was go to the Club Fox outlet (Suryavansham) and i say claim my denim because its manufacturing fault. Then he say's the compony employ is come in this september and he claim the denim. After 45 Days he say i am not claim the denim. please claim my denim.
