Adsl link prob

From the last one & half year iam logging complaints to bsnl call center that my broadband link (i.e adsl link) goes down in morning & evening time for atleast 3hrs in morning & 3 hrs in evening. Athought it works ok in day time.

Till date no one had solved the prob & automatically close the call without attending.

Fed up from bsnl services & unresponsive behaviour of officials. They gives assurances but no work done by them.

many times l called to SDO (2000786). He provided me another no (Mr. prajapathi) 9412051617.

From the last four day i am continiously trying to contact him but he did not picked the phone/mobile.

i dont know then why he had taken this no. Every month i am paying Rs 843/-.

Who will be responsible for this??? when no one is hearing.
