I am santosh from kolkata. I have recently won the mobile draw sponsered cocacola compny. There have been massage of approoval by the same company. But then also i had not been awarded though i have won that draw.my no. is 9831495817.So i want to file acomplaint regarding this issue of cheating by that particular company in consumer forum.
