Defective Furniture delivered

I had bought a Bedroom Set from CollectionI Company last year from Panataloons (Kankurgachi, Kolkata). They had delivered a defective set because after two months of use the bed, wardrobe and side table gave away - There were cracks, bends and breakdown. When i lodged a complaint with the company they took another two months to tend to my emergency - and that to they could not fix it.

The Bedroom Set had cost me 55K and now i feel that i should not have wasted my money in vain.
