Unskill serviceman damaged the gyser instead of repai

Sir,

We have perchased one water gyser from comforts appliences from "UTTAM sales", Bistupur, Jamshedpur. it has 2 years warranty. in that case till dec 09 we cal avail the warranty. But whenever we request for service they send unskill service persone who solve one problem and cerage anoth er problem, Now I find my gyser has damged lotes by ther experimental basis work.
