Conductor not issued ticket

Dear Sir,

Bus No: KA01-FA237, DEPOT: JIGNANI

While I am travelling in the bus in the morning 6.35 A.M. I gave 10Rs note to issue me a ticket from Basavanapura Stop to Jayadeva Junction. The conductor did not issue me a ticket when I demanded the ticket to issue the conductor started shouting at me and making me very upset. For that reason I even called BMTC & Jignani depot manager to complaint against the conductor but they asked me to send in writing. Please advice the conductor in the bus to behave politely with the passengars.
