Cheque not return till now deposited on Aug month

Hi, I deposited my cheque on 08 month but it was bounce told by finacer when by vechicle is cought by recovery team as well as no any information regarding to that cheque and some one wants 1000 rs to return the cheque as well as some one told that only Rs 1000 deposited from that cheqe and my cheqe amount is Rs 40000.
