VERY VERY BAD STUFF

Dear Sir,

I have booked an DVD Player through their Citi Bank Promotion vide Order # 000072561 dated 29-04. The DVD Player properly packed in a box was received on 05-05. When opened the box I found that the face of DVD slot was not there and the cover of the DVD player was also not properly fitted. I immediately called at their number 022-40791234 and spoke to Ms Marrita on 08-05. I informed her about the DVD player and she gave me complaint number 10504. She wanted me to send the product back to Mumbai as there is no service centre available in Delhi. When wanted to speak to their supervisor/superior Ms Shweta Dias. She said Ms Dias is not available and shall be calling me back after 1200 hrs. I again called around 1220 hrs and spoke to Ms Roselin. Again the reply was same that she is not around and will give u a call back. Today on 17-06, when I called up to enquire about the status of my complaint. I spoke to Ms Fatima just to know that no action has been taken on my above mentioned complaint. Again when wanted to speak to some superior no one was available. On too much insistance she gave me a email id viz shalaka@deals4all.net. As per Fatima this email shall go to their superior who will take necessary action which I doubt.

I request you to please help me and get my product replaced immediately.
