Hi,

I purchased two imate jama mobile phone from

Compact International

246, 2nd Floor, Laxmi Plaza,

Laxmi Ind. Estate Compound,

Sab Tv Lane, New Link Road,

Andheri (w), Mumbai 400053.

Order # - 620001115

With-in 5 months of time both the phones started having troublesome operations.

I sent the phones for the repairs to the same address.

I received one phone on time (that too unrepaired), however still waiting for my other phone. I have spoken many a times with the customer service reps, spending money on STD calls.

The irony towards it is that the receipt of both the phones have been acknowledged & confirmed that the other device still lies with Compact International.

Moreover both the devices were under guarantee of six months from the day of delivery.

I have always been given a run-around by the Compact International & given a hard time with services that they have.

Its my request if you can please look into the matter & take appropriate action.
