Not replacing the Defective product

Hello,
I purchased a TCL Bluetooth from Compact International on 25th of April. I used the product for 3-4 days only and the product is stop functioning. I send the product back to the Compact International / Deals 4 All for replacement. I received the product from them after 11 days and still it is not working. i talk with their Sr. Customer Support Executive James. He promised me that they will send me new product. But of my surprise I received the product back with me in same condition. I talked with James on 18th April. And he is not ready to send me the new product, i told him I don't have trust you anymore, you send me the new product, once I received the new product I will send you the old product.
I already spent lots of money on phone call and on Courier to resend the product back to them. They are stop replying my emails, as I start shouting on them in email. Their customer support executives are very responsible and not think in consumers favor.
Please help me to resolve this problem.
