CHEATING

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile T610, from Compact International, Mumbai on 31/12 my order no was SBIDW3103.Now I sent this mobile for repairing as it is under warranty period through speed post for which the receipt no. was EU9180772461IN. You can check the status of delivery that the mobile has been delivered to the office on 17/10/07 at the site www.indiapost.gov.in.. But the company person denying about any recieving of my mobile. I filed a complaint in postal department, they again assure me in my complaint no 100000-79232 that it has been delievered on 17/10. Company has cheated me by not showing any receiving my mobile. Its address is Compact International, 246, Laxmi Plaza, Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri (w), Mumbai. Contact - 022-66756616/17 and mail id - support@delas4all.net.

I want to consumer forum to take necessary action against this company to bear my losses. I am ready to give all recipts of my complaint letters, speed post reciept slip.
