Sir,

i have a compaq laptop.its speaker stopped working and i showes them to A HP SERVICE center kanpur (rt outsourcing). my say complaint is being due from 31-10-08.They are saying that speaker are not available in whole country.how can hp do that they cant replace 2 speakers within 10 days...
