Sir,

I am purchasing compaq c785 tu laptop on 8-sep from GADGETS&LAPTOPS (AURANGABAD

) in maharashtra.in my laptop 1GB ram is inbuild.i was said to seller iwant extra 1GB ram.he was given 1GB ram to me.at that time he had fitted 1GB ram in my laptop.but when extra ram is fitted laptop will not fuction praoperly, laptop willnot RESTARTED.I am telling to him no of times that when you fitted new ram my laptop willnot restarted.he was telling to me"for that i am not doing responsible".

so, my requst is tell to laptop shop please give me proper service.with apgrating my laptop with 2GB.
