Could not get delivery of kodak 9.2 mp camera which is free with this model

Sir i had bought this model on 21th dec. 2008 accordng to this i availe the offer and i registered for redemption code, iget it as 57F4A8ILCX i send a d.d.of 1299/- and cardboard cover on hp redemption cell address but i can not receive my gift uptill now...
