Non delivery of gift

I purchased this laptop in DEC 08 at the time of purchase i was given a computer generated redemption code (KR06UP08MVN) with assurance that the gift Philips Home Theatre system will reach to you within two weeks once you pay the money for handling charges i sent the draft for Rs.1499 as instructed on 27Dec08, four months already passed but nothing has been delivered so far please help
