my file no. is 116879 in which i was required to get moto q 8 (smart phone) instead of which i hadbeen supplied with cheap kind of moto rokr e8

for the offer i had paid rs 4000

this is a real kind of fraud by a co. like compaq & is also a very irrespnsible customer care services by ur co.

look in to the matter urgently & replace my gift immidiately with the one i was been committed with
