Non-receipt of free-gift

I have purchased CQ45-137TX laptop from Delphi Marketing, 42, south patel nagar market, New Delhi=9 on 9/1 vide Bill No: DM/1120/08.09 and deposited Rs: 1500/- by cash on same day for free-gift. But the same has not yet been received. Please expedite and confirm.
