ABOUT YOUR SO CALLED BRANDED COMPAQ DESKTOP COMPUTER.
This is actual fact of a customer. This is for your information and it may help develop of further customer service relation.
Nowadays computer mostly purchasing middle class people and market price about 30000 (Thirty thousands) Rs. During purchasing the seller will not disclose about software, mostly they are given to customer including product cost. After delivery within a couple of months system will not function as per specified, obviously computer will start given problem. In beginning people follow up with the seller they will also send their engineer once or twice. Then they will not taking any responsibility and customer will fade up.
Now customer is start suffering with that dead instrument those don’t have sufficient time to follow up with seller and manufacturing company. He started calling service engineer from personally and spent money from his pocket in every 03 three month. Within a year that computer will be give measure break down like MOTHER BOARD will not working properly.
Now you can understand the condition of customer.
This is true fact which has happen with me. I am suffering lot.
I have purchased compacq desktop model no: SG3350IL (INA810025W) from geonet, navi Mumbai on dt: 21.3.2008
From the beginning computer is not working properly. Dealer service engineer visited three wise but they are also not able short out the problem. They inform contact with you.
Accordingly log a call to you (ref no: CA0570911) on Dt: 22.4. your engineer attend the same and short out problem for time being.
Within a month again problem has started and I am fade up with follow up with you.
I have repaired with the help of local service engineer and spend so many money.
Now computer is totally out of order and service engineer advice to change the MOTHER BOARD.
Can anybody imagine my condition? If possible give me solution.
