Problem:

=>1:Monitor problem

monitor screen usually shiver.

=>2 :Dvd drive problem

And whenever i run any kind of cd/dvd in my dvd drive, my computer gets hanged. And mouse and keyboard don't work and that time my dvd drive and speakers both make loud sharp sound.

Expactation:

.HP&compaq is a favourate most company mine (consumer). And i expact a lot from it.i hope that it'llprogress in near future more and more.

Description about our problem:

.Before this time i complainted same problem and you sent an engineer, he replaced the sata cable of dvd drive .but he didn't make my problem sort out . that engineer was saying that he was only see the dvd/cd drive and some other parts. He suggested please again to make complaint to the Hp web side.

So please this time do send such type of engineer who can sort out my problem both. Please...
