Compaq laptop
Edemption gift accessories missing

Sir,

I have purchased a Compaq laptop on February. Not mentioning the infinite problems i encounter in the laptop working, i would like to draw your attention towards the redemption gift which they promise to give. Luckily i got the camera as promised but the accessories went missing. It is mentioned on the camera cover that a memory card, battery charger and camera case will be provided but they ain't there. I called their customer care mentioned overleaf. The person sitting there knows nothing and is giving me a number to call where i can register my complaint but that number is not in use. This is looking a clear case of forgery by such a reputed firm as other people too have similar complaints.
