Promotional Gift not got

I had purchased compaq laptop model no. CQ45-106Au and serial no. CND84506R3. In this purchase there was a provision of a gift of a Kodak Digital Camera. I have registered my laptop on HP redemption cell and my redemption code is FOBKTBPMPI. I have also submitted a demand draft of Rs. 1299 and from HP redemption cell it was confirmed that it had been reached at Feb 14.

But my gift has not reached to me yet. So please send my gift soon.
