Compaq notebook cq45 112au
Delay in getting gift

Dear Sir,

I have bought a laptop product compaq CQ45-112AU & product serial no. CND8443962, under gift scheme. We have deposited the cheque (DD) amount of Rs. 1299 on dated 30 - JAN - 2009 through bank name SBH BANK Gulberga, Kernataka. As per company policy and terms & condition they have commited to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks. But I have call his office at redemption cell more

15 times. Every time we commited to deliver 2 week, 3 week, 2-3 week etc... What a poor services? Allready they are charging the amount against handling n delevering charges but they delaying lot too do, we ready to collect it. But nobody is taking pain. Plz... Kindly Help me out.
