SERIOUS COMPLAINT
DEAR SIR, I HAVE TO STATE THAT I HAVE PURCHASED A DESKTOP/PC OF COMPAQ MODEL PRESARIO/CORE2DUO FROM YOUR DEALER M/S BHUKHANIA COMPUTRONICS, ARYA NAGAR, KANPUR. SINCE BEGINNING, THEY ARE NOT GIVING SATISFACTORY SERVICES TO ME. AS AND WHEN I CALL/REGISTER MY COMPLAINT, THEY DO NOT TAKE THE MATTER INTO THEIR CONCERN AND KEEP THE COMPLAINT AS A PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. PRESENTLY, MY COMPUTER MOUSE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE DEALER FOR THE SAME, BUT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED ME YET.
