Compaq Presario 1730 1L
Delay in warranty repai

I bought Compaq Presario 1730 IL on 17 Jan vide bill number 5134 from Computer Plus, Tiruvalla, Kerala paying Rs 36, 000/-. It has a 3 year warranty.

Now this is the second time that the computer is giving the same problem of not starting up. The first time they said that there was some problem with the motherboard and they did some repair/replacement. This time, in May the same problem occurred and the authorised repair agency have taken the CPU and have not come back with it for more than a month. Every time the same reply that the parts have been sent to Bangalore for replacement. I demand the this matter be looked into by Compaq and my warranty period be increased by the amount of time taken by the firm to repair under warranty. There is no sense of urgency on the part of the authorised firm to repair my PC at the earliest.
