SMPS failure again & again

System purchased on 22-11 from your authorised dealer M/s Gigobytes, The Mall Solan, Himachal Pradesh for Rs. 32760/-configuring Core2Duo, 2.0 Ghz, 512MB DDR-2, 80 GB HDD, 15" TFT, Keyboard & Optical Mouse and Modem.

On dated 23 April I shutdown computer properly and on 24th in the morning when switched on it did not responed I contected to Gigobyte who advised me to call on your toll free Number. Despite four time call could not be complete due to disturbence in the land line. On dated 25th I carried the computer to Gigobyte Solan through taxi. Who adjusted another old SMPS but when I again switched on the same at home it did not responed.
