This is in regards to my laptop with Serial Number: CNF6Q50WN and
Product Number: Em849pc#ACJ. I am absolutely disgusted with the
purchase of this laptop. To share the history of my issues I have also
gone ahead and attached the copy of my previous mails to Hp. The
current status of my laptop is un fixed. I had given my laptop to the
Okhla Service Center some days back as regards to an issue with the
flickering screen and some issues with the dvd drive. After diagnosis
it turned out to be an issue with the Hard drive and dvd drive and
they were replaced after 11 days. Thus resulting in the lack of work
for an working individual. Further I had to reload all my softwares
back on again. No issues as I thought the issue was taken care
of. However to my utter disgust now I had booting issues with the
Operating System and they said that an engineer would visit my place.
The engineer visited me last Sat and took out all the components of my
laptop and reput everything back on again and seemingly it was working
for at that time. But as soon as he left the problem resurfaced again
and now it was the Flickering screen issue once again. My warranty on
this laptop holds out in the month of May. I think why the hell I
purchased this laptop as the fan has been refixed, the hdd is
replaced, the dvd is replaced., why the hell I dont get a new
laptop. I am so disgusted with this laptop I want some help or
compensation else I think I should file a case against Hp in Consumer
Court for this laptop.

This with utmost regret that I am writing this email. I bought a Hp Laptop Presario V2000 Series with Sn as cnf6050wvn and the product number as em849pc#acj. It hasnt been even 6 months that I bought this laptop that I have already been to the service station 6 times in these 6 mths. I am myself working for Hp Bangalore in tech support but I am disgusted with this product and I dont think I am likely to purchase a Hp product ever again. So please help me in anyways possible I am even willing to throw this laptop and get a Dell or a Sony and this is me despite working for a company such as Hewlett Packard. Its such a disgrace that company of this repute is making such bad products. I am also sending a mail from my official mail id which would confirm that I am working for Hp..So hopping to hear from you soon
