Wireless not working for the 3rd time

Hi, i have an compaq presario v6000, i have replaced its wireless LAN 2 times and now it has again stopped working. Please ask these ppl how many times should i replace my WI-FI device. i am fed up with this company and thinking to file an complaint in consumer forum. Please let me know how to file a case in consumer forum. the serial no of my laptop is: CNF6450HY1.

Please help me. i extended my warranty for one year and now its going to expire, this time i can repair, but how long i will be extending my warranty If that Wi-Fi part is defective why dont these ppl just replace with a part from some other brand.
