Non delivery of gift for which they take money also

I bought one hp compaq laptop, made a dd for the camera which was offered, their redemption cell accepted the claim and then started a never ending wait.

Since 28th February till date 14th September, no possitive news, every time I give them a mail, they say sorry promise a new despatch date and then the process starts all over again.
