Probel in audio driver installation

Hello sir, me using compaq presario c700, I am not getting sound from my notebook. Whenever i am installing the driver (Connexant High Definition Audio) one message is coming like " Driver Installation Failed: Could Not find the MEDIA Device For this Driver". sp please provide the solution
