Did not receive any gift item on buying

Dear sir,

the main aim of my complaint is that i have not received any gift item on purchasing the product compaq presario laptop model no. cq40-108TU s|no. cnd8453j62, on 13th of feb, from krishna sales corp. in bhagalpur, bihar. the e-mail id of the shop is krishnaslc@rediffmail.com . i dont know whether there was any gift item on the model.please help me out of this problem.
