Compaq Presario CQ40-133TU
Very poor service

I had submitted My laptop Compaq Presario CQ40-133TU at M/s RT Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. A-200, Okhla, New Delhi on 08-09 for flickering display. Service Engineer told me that there is a problem with display panel and we need to replace it and it will take 3-4 days.

After 25 days they are not able to get the display panel for my laptop. This is the responce which I am getting from them till date. According to them Display panel for CQ40-133TU is not available in India.
