Not recieving philips 5.1 dvd playe

I have purchased a Compaq Presario notebook (CQ-40-144TU) on 06 Jan For the purchase of the model, there is a Free Promotional Offer Philips 5.1 DVD PLAYER WITH BUFFER, on sending the claim documents. Eventhough I have send all the required documents along with DD of RS.1499.00 within the stipulated time, but no gift has been sent to me yet. Even no e-mail has been sent to me.

My Redemption code is L6H16Y1OXJ.I have sent redemption code and along with compaq presario model and cash memo copy.

Kindly take this matter with the proper authority.
