Not received gift from hp redemption cell

After three months of waiting, I have seen that the company is unable to keep his promise by some or other reasons. Needless to mention here I will never trust his promise in future and will think 10 times before buying his product. I am preparing my mind to file leagal proceedings since it was offer to buy a product which was not fulfilled even after receipt of documents on 26-

Dec., handling charges, approving claim and postponing delivery thrice. The last email dated 07-march suggest they need another 15-20 days (which is passed away) in the redemption of the free gift of Philips 5.1 Home Theatre but nothing happend as yet.
