Dear sirs, yesterday I have lodged a complaint for non receipt of promotional offer gift for purchase of CQ 40 145 TU laptop. I thank ur firm that today I have received a mobile call from courier that my offer has received at Nanded and it is at courier office. Courier service office has demanded to pay 500/- as octroi charges and said to collect the gift from their office. As I have already paid handling charges Rs.1499/- there is no need to pay again money of Rs.500/- to courier, more over the courier is institing to collect the gift from their office rather handing over to at my given address.kindly speak to courier on mobile no. 919021956880 & make them to deliver the goods at my address without claiming any money. Aslo kindly communicate the action taken on my email address given above.
