Compaq presario cq40
Jagged lines on lcd

I have an compaq presario cq 40 notebook.

the problem is that every time booting there are jagged line or i must say colorful line are moving up side on LCD continuously for half an hour after some time it stopped.

my LCD have not any damage it is alright but unnecessary line are moving on booting, ..

how can i solve this problem help me
