Compaq Presario Desktop
Supply of wrong/deffective material

We have 2 hotels in Goa, Hotel Nova Goa at Panaji and Kamat Holiday Homes at Calangute, with 225 rooms. we have a sales office at Dadar, MUMBAI, for which we had ordered a Compaq Presario 3145IL Desktop, from "Pioneer Office Automation, Dadar, MUMBAI" on 29th October. They have supplied us 3053 Desktop and billed us for higher model 3145IL. We realised this when we wanted to connect broadband. The 3145IL has 4 USB port, whereas 3053 has only 2 ports. When we contacted the dealer, they instead of opologising, asked to buy additional components. We complained to the company, HP Service Center twice in a month, But, there is no response. Actually, this amount to cheating and we are lodging a complaint with Consumer Forum for this.
