I have purchased a compaq presario F739AU laptop on 21/7 with a free gift offer of Wi Music Offer [ 478004 ] . To claim the free gift i submitted the required documents along with a bank draft with in the time period specified. After a month the documents and the bank draft was send back to me with a letter from the Redemption Cell to inform that the offer is not valid with the above mentioned model no.

This means that these multinationals are making us fool.
